Greater Anglia have announced that starting from May they will no longer be running services to Edmonton Green Station, which will only be served by London Overground from then on. This means that the peak-time service of 8 trains per hour will be cut to only 6.

Tim Martin, Parliamentary spokesperson for Edmonton Green, said "Coming at a time when rail fares are rising across the network this is a small but significant blow to many Edmonton residents who rely on these services. Peak-time services are already too crowded, and cutting services like this will make it even worse."
